Anne-Lise Rousset-Seguret
Originally from Cantal, Anne-Lise Rousset Seguret is one of the most recognized female trail and ultra-trail athletes, thanks to her remarkable performances. Her strength lies in her ability to combine endurance, speed, and resilience on particularly difficult terrain. Anne-Lise excels in both long-distance formats and faster courses.
In addition to her numerous podium finishes, the young mother achieved a remarkable feat by breaking the women's record for the GR20 in Corsica, a highly technical 170km course with over 13,000 meters of elevation gain. She completed this feat in 35 hours and 50 minutes, propelling herself into the ranks of trail running legends.
Even more admirable, Anne-Lise works as a veterinarian alongside her sporting career. She leads a very balanced life between her intensive training, competitions, her passionate profession, and her role as a mother, making her even more admirable in the eyes of the trail running community.
